This policy applies to all terminations for any reason. For applicants who cancel enrollment, students who withdraw from enrollment, or students who are expelled from the school, a fair and equitable settlement will apply. If a student cancels the enrollment in writing within 5 business days of signing the enrollment agreement, gives notice of cancellation after the fifth day following enrollment but before the completion of the student's first day of class attendance, or gives notice of cancellation after the student's completion of the first day of class but prior to completing 5% of the course, all tuition money will be refunded, except the non-refundable application fee.
Purchases of supplies, toolkits, books, etc. will not be refunded.
This enrollment agreement is a binding agreement only once signed and dated by the student and the authorized representative of the school prior to when instruction begins. Any changes regarding this agreement will not be binding on either party unless acknowledged and approved in writing by an authorized representative of the school and by the student (or parent/guardian if the student is a minor).
I understand that this application must be completely filled out in order to be considered for enrollment at The Legion of Barbers Academy. I understand that the application fee of $50 payable to The Legion of Barbers Academy must be made at the time of the application and that it is non-refundable. I understand the location of The Legion of Barbers Academy is at 637-639 SW 153rd St, Burien, WA 98166. In addition, I must provide a copy of my driver's license, birth certificate, or state-issued ID.
I have a strong desire to learn. I realize that in order to obtain my barber license it will take hard work and discipline on my part in order to graduate and have the skills that will allow me to be successful. I agree to dedicate myself to the training provided while attending The Legion of Barbers Academy. Upon acceptance, I agree to cooperate with staff members and instructors and to follow the directions and policies of the school. My signature below indicates that the information in the application is true and accurate and that I accept the above statements.
